What data we process
When booking tickets online we collect your name and email address, strictly for issuing and sending the ticket. The website has no user accounts and collects no browsing data that could identify a person.
Aggregate statistics only
We measure the use of the website and of the audio guide exclusively in aggregate: numbers of visits and plays, with no individual identifiers, no profiles and no transfer to third parties.
How long we keep data
Booking data is kept for as long as required by visit records and legal archiving obligations, then deleted. Exact retention periods are published in the record of processing.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP). Requests go to the controller, using the details on the contact page.
